• Channel & door coverage (20%). Whether follow-up travels channels customers answer — text beside phone — and whether the quote itself carries a tap-to-accept path.
• System coverage (15%). Whether an open-quotes list exists, has an owner, and gets worked — versus quotes fading on the schedule new work arrives.

The free score is what you tell us, labeled as that. The $500 discovery measures the flow itself: with your written permission, test estimate requests run through your real pipeline and we log everything that happens after each quote goes out — every follow-up touch, its channel and timing, and every gap where silence stood. Timestamped at the source. You get the measured flow beside your self-reported one; the day-by-day silence map is usually the page owners stare at.

What we don't do

• No wasted site visits — test requests are withdrawn before real walkthroughs are scheduled, and every probe is identified to you after the window.
