The finding behind this door is the one our attribution work keeps re-proving: in thirteen months of a live business's traced records, the threads everyone assumed were dead closed at 67% once someone re-engaged them — better than fresh ones. Silence wasn't rejection. It was an unfinished sale, waiting for an ask that mostly never came, because a third of threads lost their next step the moment no system owned them.

Trades feel this harder than anyone: every quote already carries a site visit, an evening of pricing, and real judgment — sunk costs that make the un-followed silence the most expensive quiet in local business. So this door exists.
